How do YOU test appliances and HVAC systems for this inspection. The old practice of backfeeding ele into a home just does not cut it for me. It is extremely DANGEROUS and if these houses that we are to test are not to code it can cause major damage to wiring,aliances and get you fried. Upon visual inspection all sys. And appl. Are new and in excellent repair, visually there is no reason to believe that they would not be in working condition however, the company has requested that we hook up our generator and backfeed electricity through the drier outlet, NO FN WAY!!!!!
Your suggestions PLEASE because I would like to find a SAFER alternative.
