When I see on work orders that the HUD cap has been reached what does this mean? Does it mean no more money is available to upkeep the property? Or could it mean that the max amount of money available from the Government is available?

The reason I ask is I am still getting sent to properties that show this and we are still getting paid. It has me a little confused.

For al the English majors, I see there is a typo in the title. I tried to fix it with the edit button but it will not let you edit titles.

It means the maximum allowables for preservation work have been maxed. Ensure you get proof of an over allowable approval from HUD before doing any work or you won’t get paid.
