Our company is new to the HUD Prop Pres field and as I'm researching and reading up on the HUD Guidelines, I keep coming across a particular term. I'm sure it's a very obvious answer.

Please define what an "Initial Secure Order" is? I'm assuming that it is the official job order... but there are so many regs in HUD that I want to be sure I'm not missing something.

its the first visit to vacant property,follow instructions on your w/o pertaining to lock changes,wint,grass cut boarding ect will vary by loan type
