What is your current experience with MCS? I am considering dropping them. A little torn they were the first national I started working for. However, they gave me a 27 percent discount instead of 25 because I did not know better and would not lower it now that I know better. Also, when I first started I only had a few work orders denied when I first submitted them. Now it seems like everyone is rejected and they tried to chargeback me for a work order I did not do. After several screenshots of my evidence, they finally realized they were in the wrong.

Lastly, what nationals are left that will actually treat contractors fairly,

mcs is as bad as safeguard, they both sleep together, so don't care about you. there is no good nationals left, they are all dog pop. they all want to pay less when everything is more expensive. no national cares about their vendors. if you want to make more money, little more, then contact real estate agent that deal with ROEs, and submit bids directly to the agent's, you need to establish relationships with them.
