I have had a janitorial business for 10 years, and I am wanting to get into the property management business here in Sacramento, CA. I have lic. Insurance, Website, and some experience. Does anyone have any advice as to whom I can speak with in regards to getting business.

buy a truckmount carpet cleaner and merge it into your existing business. Lot more profit and a heck of a lot less cost. JMO
