Sorry to bother or repost but I am a newbie and I have been doing alot of vendor apps for national companies.I am looking to see if anybody can email me a property condition report as I need it for a safeguard vendor application.

I am not trying to be lazy or step on anybodys toes here just looking for a little help.
I have been reading the boards the last 2 days seem like great people on these boards

I don't have a copy of one BUT, if you read through the posts there is one common view. Nobody likes working for Safeguard. They have contacted me 3 or 4 times and I refuse to work for them. Alot of others refuse too from what I see.
Just my point of view.

Most won't post a PCR since every company is different and virtually every companies forms are proprietary and/or copyrighted.

Is there a question that is specific on a PCR that you are wanting an answer to?

Also, I 2nd BRM1109's feeling of Safeguard....to us they su**ed.

Pcrs are easy. If you've worked for a national or regional, you should have one if not several.

I always tell them that I use their company provided PCR form. This way they are getting the info they want, and none of the info they don't want.
Always worked for me.
