I am new to the group and I am extremely excited to have found this site.
My company currently perform inspections and I want to expand my business to include Preservation. Any advice for
1) Preservation training materials that are worth buying. There is a ton of junk out there and I don't want to burn my money OR learn incorrect methods/proceedures that will cost my a lot. That is a cost of learning that I want to avoid.
2) Anyone have luck working directly with banks and servicers? If so any advice on how to marekt them directly would be greatly apprecaited.
3) Who are the best nationals to work for in terms of volume of work and are not looking to put the screws to you on payment and invoicing. And of course pay reasonably.
