Some know me, some don't. In either case I am a recovering property pres. contractor that just likes to have my ear to the tracks to feel the trends.
Not hear to badmouth anyone or anything, just gaining perspective and occasionally interjecting my worthless opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.
On a side note: I just recently won an arbitration award for being the guy who simply DNGAS (Does Not Give A Sh#@).
