Another one?? I got one about 4 or 5 months back from a jarhead construction or something and I know of a few other contractors that got the same around that time period.

Never did hear anything about it though.

I have received several. I am not sure how they got my email address. That email address i only for FAS work orders. I'm thinking it's from someone with in house connections.

I got something. its for a former vendor in North cali. I don't know what its about and I don't plan on taking part. These nationwides can be a mess, but its not like we don't know the rules of the game before we play. Nobody is forcing anyone to play. I just told SG to stick it for example because I can't stand them, and I actually have amuch better time with FAS.

So perception is reality. My advise, don't get involved. Class actions only benefit lawyers anyways.

FAS uses me on emergency jobs they can't get done out here. I severed my relationship with them earlier in the year. I like doing the occasional job here and there for them. For the most part, they were great for us to work for. They started going down hill for us in 2010. Some of their PM's I've built a great relationship with.

I feel you on that. Not much better out there. Some will agree, some won't, bu in the nationwide pool, I would rather be with them than most. Of course I am trying to fire all nationwides currently. I also am working on this machine that turns water into gold. Whichever one works out first, I figure I'll go with that.

I have friends over there. Really good people.

I have been with them(FAS) since 2000. I have watched them go from a good company to what they are today. I learnd alot from them and for years would do all my work to there standard even work for other companies. I only a small amount of work for them now. I can`t think of last trashout I did for them, I could make any money doing them!:censored:

Many of the people working for the nationals left to start their own comany as a regional. Everything thing they were taught about making money off the contractor they figured they could do better.
