Actually i am not clear idea about propery preservation. At first i just want to know in a summary about that? Then i want to establish a company. So how can i do this?

I am thinking about starting a Property Preservation Company in GA and I would like any info you could give about getting started. I have worked in Remodeling for 15 years and Home Inspections for 3 years. I also have been doing work on rental homes getting them cleaned out and ready for rerent. I just need to know the best way to start getting work in property preservation. What companies to try? I would like to do full service property preservation. Any info would be great. Thanks!
