Ok, Feeling a bit beat down today. Im usually great at drumming up new work new clients. But today.....nada. Im super slow with my national, Im slow with my regional. No one will communicate what the issue is. All the agents in the area do they're own preservation work even though they are not suppose to. (or they have friends or family do it). Ive called FB, DSI (which they are interested but wont budge on prices), I called CPX and got vm. So not looking to take anyones work. Dont want to undercut anyone. Just thinking that maybe they are looking for a great preservationists who takes pride in their work, offers excellent communication and service and operates with honesty and integrity.

So, anyone wanna make my friday by PMing me some suggestions of who else to contact.

This Gal is worn out and Im usually the optimist!
Thanks!

Diversify out of bank owned work as fast as you can.

I know it doesn't help today but long term it will.
Been there, done that.

MI. I know thing are changing in the industry and things are a bit goofy right now. But I also have been talking to alot of people who are very busy. I think there is enough work out there to keep busy, its just a matter of finding the "right" clients (national regionals ect). Id be set if I could get in the with realtors but they all seem to do their own work around here. Or they give it to their husband or son, ect. Pretty sure thats not suppose to happen but its standard here
