By no means am I complaining about work, without work we would be nothing. But how many times has it happened that business is so slow and then you get bum rushed at the last minute.
Past 3 weeks were really slow. But now we are doing a major cleanout for 3 days and just booked 4 jobs for the next week and a half (with private clients).
Guess what I found out today, employee 1 just got a new job starting Monday. Employee 2 doesn't want to work anymore. Employee 3 is going into his own business next week.
All these jobs and now I need to find new employees.

Haven't had to do it yet, but if we were to slow down at all this winter, I planned on letting my employees draw unemployment to prevent that, similar to what a lot of trades do.
