I saw somewhere on these forums someone mention something about US Best. I just wanted to say after reading through their vendor contract they want sub-contractors (you) to sign away lien rights. I would stay away from this company unless you can get them to remove that part of the contract.

Our experience is, some outfit in PoopAloop, Fl wants to push that on us, we don't sign. And if a company doesn't pay us for good faith completed work, we lein the property regardless of any so called "waiver." We get our money when the buyer closes one way or the other. I haven't seen any National's attorney smart enough to figure that one out yet.

This is the ONLY national i work for who i have ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES WITH. They pay on the higher end of the scale and check is in the mail around 14 days out. I don't know how they do it but i would like to see a LOT more work from them!!!!

Who is their client in your area. That makes a lot of difference. We do pump outs and thaws for them that pay really good. Very rarely get debris removal though. I can dump my 16' dump trailer here totally full for about $35. That is around 16-20 cu yds depending on how it's loaded....................

Their client here is BAC. We are just trying to figure it out. I have heard mixed reviews but the pricing they sent me is weak.

I think it will depend on your representative. I regularly get $100 trip charges for out of area work.......

I have done a few jobs for them. They don't pay much but they pay fast. Most of the work orders they sent to me could not be done for thier allowable cost at least not by me. I just bid them and charge for the trip. They have never disputed any of my ivoices.
