We had a local broker give our name to them about a year ago, and they contacted us. Seemed legit, didn't hear a pool of telemarketers selling time shares in the background. The prices they paid were not up to snuff for us and we passed.

"White van"????????????????????????????????????

Next week it'll be "pink van".

Good lord people, put some thought into a professional sounding business name.

"Big Daddy Prop Prez" also comes to mind. Who in their right mind would give them any work?
And who in their right mind would want to work for an outfit that sounds that mickey mouse?

That name has got to be a lawyer's wet dream when the former home owners file a lawsuit.

Just curious, drove past an empty house with a sign on the front door. Stopped to see who was handling the property. First time I saw their sign in my area. I have a habit of looking into more possible business but will continue on with my clients in lawncare/home improvement and REO work.
