http://favoredpanel.com/ seems this company is popping up all over the social media groups and the take seems to be this guy is trying to be a mini Wegolook, pays folks $20.00 a job , then pays each week Fridays via paypal. Funny thing is, that there are countless ripoff reports on this company and even the BBB has no current information on this company. What say you?

I worked for Nationwide for about 3 months, volume was low in my area making it difficult to get enough in my pipeline to make sense fighting for the measly $s I did make with them. They do send you out a bunch, to bid on jobs you never get , so if you think thats working....then they 👍.

Owes me over a thousand dollars and has not paid me. Every time I ask for my money there is a different excuse...
OK this is Favored Panel, we have no record you working for us, so not sure who this is.

WE have been paying people faithfully for jobs completed, if there is a delay it is because there may be issues with the job and the client has to approve it, as we have been stuck in this business with non payment for work that was not done properly. Clients do not pay us sameday or same week, or same month, so we pay before we get paid.

Clients dock us all the time, for things like not measuring the truck, not taking the proper photos, not doing the job completely, cutting corners etc....

I have worked for Dave Hauser/Favored Panel for several years. Pay probably not the best but they do pay me when they say they will, they have work, at lest in my area here in the PNW, respond to messages in a timely manner, and have helped me out several times I asked for a "draw." He has saved my butt more than once. As I write this today i have been getting orders for plenty of work as of late, getting them done, and getting paid with no hassle. There was a slow period during Covid, but that is over. There are many shady outfits out there, operated by crooks, this isn't one of them.

This is just to clarify for anyone needing to see just a glimpse of what you get to look forward to when working for this guy. I responded to a craigslist add to take pictures of properties for inspection purposes in matters dealing with insurance, loans etc.

Please keep in mind this was accepted as a part time in your spare time, $20 per address payout via paypal in the beginning of Jan. 2023. The screenshot and email interactions are recent as of today Feb.24 2023. The 14 inspections that have been completed have not been paid for. Out of these 14 inspections 9 of them were sent to me past the inspection due date (this is not a "in your free time" gig. you have a time limit and your scored!), 7 needed travel of over 50 miles one way, 1 needed to be "redone" for unknown reasons and the safety issue is one that literally sets you up to be a moving target for homeowners protecting there property. Take with this what you will.

Good morning Dave,

I have a concern as to how the procedures for taking no contact photos are worded in the order. I've had 2 issues now with residents that have come out of their homes furious that some stranger in street clothes is taking pictures of their property without making myself known and the reason for taking said pics. After nervously responding the next question is proof of who I work for. This is why I asked for some kind of documentation stating who has sent me and for what purpose with a contact name and number for the resident to confirm if they feel it is necessary. Kitsap County is a great place but a place that does not take kindly to people making them feel uncomfortable. Our crime rate is extremely high due to our severe drug problem and homes and personal property are at great risk for theft and vandalism. This has led to an unbelievable rise in gun violence as a result of the fear and length people will go to in order to protect their belongings and unfortunately people are quick to react rather than investigate. For this reason I will no longer accept work without the proper written authorization from either you or the company ordering the info. I feel this is the safest and most courteous way of ensuring the wellbeing of the worker and piece of mind for the client.

I appreciate your time and hope to continue moving forward.

Katie

Hello Katie,
At this point, any questions have them call me Dave Hauser at Favored Panel 631-327-0785... and/or show them the work order in the app. Also use judgment in that if you feel that there is a risk of contact stand further away and make sure to get the street sign.... in my case we have turned our encounters into ministry opportunities weirdly enough
Thanks,
Dave

Hey Dave,
Please do not send me orders that are less than a $15 pay out. I seem to recall the pay being stated as $20 per order and I've yet to see any order at that pay as it stands. Now it says I have a Port Orchard order at $12 and that is just unacceptable. Our min. wage here is over $15 an hour so I ask that it be respected when drive time, documentation, and pictures take at least that plus the cost of travel.

Thank you,
Katie

We pay $15 for the occupancy and $25 for the others which do come... I will change that to $15 in the app, we pay $12 for Pierce, King so it was just an error

In all fairness you just started to work with us and we are paying you. The clients give us these $6 jobs at a higher rate after they can't get them done themselves so they do come late and we don't keep a rating of any kind. Our clients don't hold us to the same standard because we are the clean up company. Occupancy inspections are not dangerous, although taking photos from the street can be seen as curious, but easily explainable. You did even complete a job today so we should be in good working relationship. Your work has been good and you said in your email that we started in January 2023 and all January work pays 3-4 weeks into the next month as that is how clients pay us usually, of course if a rep has an emergency then we try to get them money faster.

Also another issue is that InspectorAde recently added a payment option to their profile so new reps come on board and post their payment information in there and we did not look there, we did pay today, but this would be the normal time of payment.
