Anyone suggest any companies that pay decent or pay at all ? Not interested in Safeguard! We have work with Altisource currently which is great to work for however there are a lot of changes that we will not be sticking around long. Looking for servicers in Indiana. This industry is changing and there are too many companies that aren't on the up and up, need feedback on companies that you know paying their vendors. :)
Many thanks!!

Best of luck. The goods companies are few and far between.
Thats the problem! There aren't any left. They either suck to deal with but pay fair or they are good to deal with but pay crap. Basicly you have to choose based on what you can tolerate. Best bet is to smooze the local brokers.
Yes, the best bet is to work with local brokers. Better money, fewer photos, headaches, chargebacks, work order inquiries, need I continue?

Yes, it isn't always easy but it is well worth it.
