Your leaving a lot of $$$ on the table. These guys by far have given me some of the best bid approvals i have ever gotten. 7-10 days on payment as well.......

Good Morning,

As I said, they will not work with me after they found out that when their contract says (paraphrase) "contractor relinquishes right to lien property", that won't hold up in the state of Minnesota. I am not pleased by this but, then again, I am not pleased with any national that asks that an independent contractor sign over lien rights.

If that is the case they must have nobody working for them in MN?? I find that hard to believe. FWIW, Safeguards contract says virtually the same thing.......

Thats hilarious that these guys are pissed with the part of their contract that says all state and local laws and regs must be followed.
