So I am in middle of having insurance renewed and man I tell you every insurance agent I deal with has no idea how to classify the work. Does anyone deal with an agent that actually knows how to classify this business for insurance? If so please send me contact info because my agent is a pain.

I didn't think York jersey provided WC? We use liberty mutual for WC.
What do they classify the business as? Handyman services? LM is giving me a hard time because I am advertising for Mold Remediation, we are certified, but we have separate insurance on that and they want me to take down before they will quote.

Just take down your entire web site until the policy is written.

Jeez an agent asking you to breach the contract.....

Misstatement on application.

Be truthful and be rated correctly. York Jersey won't write the State Specific Work Comp but can provide the ISO Classification for P&P. Most States use the Handyman type classification but excludes roofing operations.
