Workers Compensation Question.

I know I will probably get blasted for this, because of the subcontracting issue but I wanted to ask and see if anyone would be willing to help. I am having difficulty obtaining workers comp. I've got everything else but big vendors require works comp to submit bids, I have some connections to acquire work orders in a semi large scale but I would have to subcontract out all of the work - is there anyone on this board that could navigate me through this process? This business is not talked about much, I've looked into ghost policies but the vendors won't accept workers comp from certain agencies. So at this point I'm stuck and could use any help or guidance I could get.

I'm having a hard time understanding your delima. WC policies are easily attainable in my state, basically all you need is money. Is money the issue?

some of the nationals require it from specific companies - I was just having a hard time getting quotes for WC (as proof that the business has it) because a few of the insurance companies I contracted (hanover/brunswick) will not offer it to business' that sub out over a certain percentage of their work, its not the money.

I was able to attain it through farmers so now the application process starts with the nationals.

Thank you for responding to me.
