I really don't see how they can charge you back for work out of season as long as it is on your work order.
Year around winterize????
Some nationals are requiring this even though my state is not listed as a year around wint. state. Anyone else seeing this?? I see it as a great way for a national to charge back for work done out of season........

Your supposed to know your local regulations. Wint's in summer months is ridiculous. Water gets turned on, toilets used, anti-freeze evaporates and you rarely get sent back for a refresh before winter but your to blame if anything i listed above happens......
You wint year round on VA loans.

I have wint's i did 2 years ago. Houses are still vacant and have never done a thing but bid the lawn over and over and over and over and over and over again.
